Description |

| Lying
on the northernmost land of Vietnam, Dong Van, Meo Vac,
Yen Minh are three districts of Ha Giang Province which
are known amongst Vietnamese as the poorest but the most
magnificent part of the country. The trip, which can be
called challenge limestone highland on 4WD, will take
you travel through this region with chances to meet tribal
peoples from minority groups to understand real life for
admiring. |

|
|
|
It
is a long road ride today for nearly 300km which take
you through lush farm land of the Red River to the high
mountainous region of Vietnam’s northernmost land.
Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel at
08.00 and heading north out of Hanoi and follow the national
road 2 via Viet Tri and Phu Tho, enjoy natural landscape
of tea plantations, green fields, palm hill...and onto
Tuyen Quang where we stop for Lunch. The road gets much
quieter as it ascends up the highland and you will enjoy
many stops along the way for admiring stunning landscapes
and paying visit to several villages of the Tay and Zao
peoples along the way. Arriving in Ha Giang late in the
afternoon, check in hotel, Dinner and relax. |

After
breakfast, you’ll leave Ha Giang for a drive to
the small communities of Yen Minh via Quan Ba pass. The
road trip up and down hills is a real challenge with many
sharp bends, however the breath-taking scenery makes the
hardship all worthwhile. Take a 2-hour easy trek to visit
villages of Tay and Dzay peoples before lunch in Yen Minh.
In the afternoon, heading to Dong Van via Ma Pi Leng pass.
This is one of the best photo stop to enjoy the wonderful
sightseeing of this vast limestone mountain range and
perpendicular walls of rock, which brings a feeling of
adventure whilst being lost in the rocky highlands . Check-in
a local guest house in Dong Van. Your guide will show
you the Dong Van Old Streets located by the market. |

Breakfast
in Dong Van then leave for the Vuong's Palace. The building
used to belong to a King of H'mong people during the French
domination. The palace attracts keen interest from architecturally
minded visitors due to it mixed style of European and
Chinese architecture. You might catch up a weekly market
frequented the ethnic minority enroute. Late in the afternoon,
you'll call at in a a flax weaving village before arriving
at a guest house in Quan Ba for staying overnight |

4 // Quan Ba // My Lam
Hot Spring // Tuyen Quang |
|
|

Breakfast
and say good bye to Quan Ba. The road trip downhill is
much faster. You will pay visiting to villages of the
H’mong and Tay along the road. Lunch on the way
in a local restaurant and getting to My Lam hot spring
in mid afternoon, you will enjoy Lunch and relax at this
beautiful spot for an hour and then transfer to Tuyen
Quang town. Check in hotel and the rest few hours will
be for free walk to explore this town and late afternoon
market. |
