early 1990s when tourism started in Sapa the town was poor
and there was just a few choice of accommodation for tourists
and most of them were cheap and poorly equipped. From 1997
when the Victoria Chains launched the first international
4 star hotel, Sapa sees the fast booming of hotel construction.
Nowadays there are plenty of choices ranging from simple standard
2 star to superior 3 star and deluxe luxury 4 star hotels.
