ITINERARY

Day
1: HANOI
At the arrival, airport pick
up, transfer to hotel. At leisure.
Day
2: HANOI - SAPA
370 km road trip to
SaPa with sightseeing stops along the road. Lunch
en route. Late afternoon we will arrive Sapa.

3 : SAPA
Trek Lao
Chai, Tavan villages where H'monng people live
- study local cultures, jeep pick up and bring
you back to SaPa town, where we spend the night
in a comfortable hotel. Evening: Visit the "night
market" of the hill tribes. [B].
Day
4: SAPA - LAI CHAU
Drive on to LaiChau, passing
the highest in Vietnam mountain pass. Today we
will have a chance to visit one of the most colorful
hilltribe market, where there is many different
ethnic minority peoples joining in. Dinner and
overnight in guest house. [B].
Day
5: LAI CHAU - MAI CHAU
Cruise down the Black river by
fishing boat. Witness ordinary life of the Thai
people along the river bank. Tonight, we stay
in one of the Thai's villages. [B,L,D]
Day
6: MAI CHAU
Transfer
on to Mai Chau, where we will stay over night.

Day
7: MAI CHAU - HANOI
Drive back to Hanoi. Lunch en route. Check in
hotel. [B]
Day
8: HANOI - HALONG -OVERNIGHT ON BOAT.
Morning departure for Ha Long
City. Upon arrival, we transfer to our boat for
a cruise in Ha Long Bay. Exploring the many islands
and beaches by kayak . Overnight on boat. [B,L,D]
Day
9: CATBA
Transfer
to CatBa National Park, where we will do a trek
for 15 km through the rain forest to a fishing
village. Lunch in village. Go back to Catba town
and overnight there [B,L]
Day
10: CATBA - HAI PHONG - HANOI
Morning: we catch the local hydrofoil
to HaiPhong. After a city tour of HaiPhong city,
we travel by road back to Hanoi. After dinner
we are entertained by a Water Puppet Show. [B]
Day
11: DEPARTURE
Transfer to airport or railway
station for departure. [B]
